This policy is in draft and awaiting final approval by WILD NUTRITIOUS before launch.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, a contact message, a trade registration or a job application, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the organisation you represent, delivery or billing details where you give them, and the content of your message. A job application also carries the CV you upload.
We also collect the limited technical information needed to run the website securely, such as your IP address when a form is submitted.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange dispatch, respond to an after-delivery issue, or consider a job application. Enquiries are recorded in our internal system so that each message is answered by the right person and is not lost.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Consent
Every form on this website asks you to confirm, before it is submitted, that we may store your details and contact you about them. The box is never ticked for you.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address below. Withdrawing consent does not affect an order already in progress, where we still need your details to complete it.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the WILD NUTRITIOUS staff handling your enquiry, and by the transporter carrying your order where delivery details must be shared to deliver it.
We share information with a public authority only where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence attached to them are kept while there is an active business relationship, and afterwards for as long as tax, GST and other statutory record-keeping obligations require.
Job applications and the documents attached to them are kept for the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Cookies and the map
Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your language and your cookie choice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if we add optional cookies in future, they will load only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
The map on our Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only when you choose to show it, or if you have accepted optional cookies. Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.
Write to care@wildnutritious.com, or to M/S WILD NUTRITIOUS, Gram Mangejhari, Waraseoni, District Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh 481331. We reply within a reasonable period.
